The mission of Early Childhood Education Substitute Teacher Empowerment & Placement (ECE STEP) is to advance the ECE community by connecting childcare providers with highly trained and committed educators by: (1) Building a highly qualified ECE workforce. (2) Facilitating the hiring process through advanced data science technology. (3) Providing educational resources and ongoing career support to increase the skills and earnings potential of ECE substitutes.
