Tone, raised on occupied Ramaytush Ohlone Territory, also known as San Francisco, has familial ties to the villages of Ofu and Fitiuta, Manu’a, American Samoa, where his parents originate.

Over the past decade, Tone has committed himself to delivering comprehensive wraparound care to youth and families, including those involved in foster care and families with children aged 0-5. Currently serving as a Mental Health Consultant and Clinician at the Samoan Community Development Center in San Francisco, Tone provides free therapy to Samoans and Pacific Islanders in San Francisco County. He collaborates closely with staff and community partners to promote community mental health outreach and education initiatives, ensuring effective support for the Samoan and Pacific Islander communities in the San Francisco Bay Area.
