Solidarity Fund

While the devastating impact of COVID-19 has taken its toll on all communities, Asian Americans have been hit particularly hard as the pandemic has mutated into a virus of hate, harassment and violence. In response to the February attacks on elderly Asians, we launched our Solidarity Fund in partnership with Comcast, NBC Bay Area and Telemundo 48 with an initial investment of $100,000 and have now raised more than $1M.

The Solidarity Fund has provided $960K in grants to Bay Area organizations working to address the persistent anti-Asian racism, including supporting the physical and mental health of survivors, ensuring the safety of seniors, and advocating for racial justice across racial lines. We invite you to stand with us in solidarity to support the Asian American community by making a donation today. If you have any questions, please email development@asianpacificfund.org.

Anti-Asian racism is only one of the many challenges our community has been facing since the start of the pandemic. To learn more about the enduring and devastating impact of COVID-19 on the physical, mental and economic health of the community, click here.
