Scholarship & Donor Relations Manager

Golda works with an array of students, school representatives and donors to operate the Asian Pacific Fund’s 12 scholarship programs and coordinate various aspects of development.

In addition to her work at the Fund, Golda regularly volunteers in the community. At Mabuhay Health Center, she has served in several roles such as health coach, clinic manager, Youth Programs Director and most recently as a Mental Health Co-Chair.… Read More

Development and Marketing Manager

Duc is focused on growing the Asian Pacific Fund’s impact and position in the Bay Area.  He is responsible for supporting the Fund’s development strategy including the Endowment and the Annual Campaign. He is also responsible for brand strategy and coordinates the Fund’s marketing, public relations and communications activities.

Administrative Coordinator

Sue enjoys making sure things run smoothly at the Asian Pacific Fund, and believes in its mission to help strengthen the Bay Area’s Asian and Pacific Islander communities.

Prior to the Fund, she was the Administrative, Volunteer and HR Coordinator at Children’s Creativity Museum. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and two active teens.

Program & Events Manager

Rod Kyle manages the Growing Up Asian in America program, the Chang-Lin Tien Education Leadership Award, and the annual gala. He is also responsible for cultivation events and often spearheads office potlucks.

He earned simultaneous degrees in Urban Studies and History of Art from the University of California, Berkeley. During his time at Cal, he served as a staff member for Pilipino Academic Student Services (PASS), a student group established to recruit and retain Pilipinos into higher education in response to the growing Pilipino population in California.… Read More

Community Agency Liaison

Joan manages the Asian Pacific Fund’s relations with affiliate organizations and grantees, and facilitates the grant application process as well as the Fund’s other funding initiatives.

Joan has spent over 25 years in media advertising sales, most recently at Comcast and AT&T. She was responsible for increasing advertising revenues from national companies such as United Airlines, American Express and McDonald’s, and raising over $500,000-1,000,000 in new business annually through corporate sponsorships, traditional and nontraditional revenue streams.… Read More
