Media & Resources

Due to lack of mainstream media attention, it surprises many to know that are as many Asian children who grow up in poverty as in the general population. In addition, Asians face unique challenges in areas such as mental health, primary health care, domestic violence, or navigating the public school system.

In response, the Asian Pacific Fund has joined a network of Asian organizations around the country that develop and distribute this kind of information as a public service. Some public information projects are uniquely useful to the Bay Area; others can be used elsewhere in the country. We have also made grants to agencies for special public education projects in order to broaden the impact.
